I was curious at what point are you guys starting to get pressure signs on your 6.5/06 AI with 125 and 130 bullets? H4831, RL19, IMR4350, RL22 are the powders I'm using.

I'm working on the 125gr. Partition and was wondering what you consider the max for your load?

My AIs are sevens so FWIW, the repeatable pressure signs for me are loose primer pockets, fewer loads per case.

Sometime a load seems just fine and the next time it not, but stretched pockets are telling you the same message every time.

if you jump to near magnum velocities,..you are at max. I can run close to magum MV with good case life. You jump it up,..and the case won't show it,..but the primer pockets will.

FWIW, I have had the best luck so far with 4831SC and RL22 with the 140gr pills. Look to be between 3000-3100fps with a 26" barrel and that is the good high end harmonic in my PacNor 1:8's in both the 6.5-06AI and the 6.5x55AI

Difficulty is inevitable
Misery is optional
