Quite a few were done back when the .350 came out. The .350 case has about the same capacity as the .284 Win. and the .30/'06. About the only real difference is the Rem. is belted. So if you neck it up, down, or sideways, expect about the same performance as you get by doing the same to a .284 Win. case. Yes, I have seen .375/.284's, and they perform about the same as a .375 Whelen! So would a .375/.350 Rem.
What it boils down to is this. If you like to look at a belted case, use the remington brass. If you are a rimless bottleneck guy, use the Winchester case.
