popcorn6.5 R-Bar, Light Shaw barrel, 2.5-7 Reddfield WLR Primers beeautiful day over 80 degrees, gentle breeze.
  • 100 grain HP bulk, 45.4grains DP 85, .243 RP cases, oal= 2.753", 2922 to 3026 fps., mild some soot, 3 shot 1/2" group at 50 yds.
  • 100 grain HP. bulk, 38.8grains WCC846, .243 Winchester cases, oal= 2.887", mild some soot, 2737 to 2795 fps., 3 shot 1/4" group and another 3 shot 3/8" group at 50 yds.
  • 160 grain rn. Hornady 44.7 grains H4831,( can easily hold 1 more grain of powder), .308 RP cases, Mild , some soot, oal=2.980", 2464 to 2575 fps., 3 shot .400" group at 50 yds.
  • 156 grain rn Norma, 44.7 grains H-4831, .308 RP cases, oal= 2.950" , real sooty? 2552 to 2651 fps. 8 shot 3/4" group at 50 yds.
