I ordered the dies Saturday; I already have 250 new unprimed brass; and the Montana Rifle Co. stainless short action should be here in August. The project is brewing.

However, this project rifle will compete for my attentions with my Savage 99F in .35/.284 and my Winchester M70 in .35 Whelen Improved. I know, its like having a .308, .30/06, and .300 Win Mag...there's really no justification, but I like .35's. I suppose if I ever come across a bargain on a .35 Newton I'll be forced to take on yet another.
