Hi I gave my nephew my 10 year old Benjamin Sheidan 20 caliber pellet rifle, he now claims that it will not maintain pressure, as if it stops accumulating pressure after a couple of pumps. (I cannot possibly imagine that a 15 year old boy would try to pump the gun 100 times to try and shoot thru a telephone pole!) At any rate anyone know if and how difficult it is to repair the gun? Would I just be better off giving him a new inexpensive break open?

He's 15 'ea, I'd check the local telegraph poles for 20 cal. holes. The pump up guns are great for plinking, so even if he gets a better gun I'd still get that one fixed. "When doing battle, seek a quick victory."
