Are the Gamo Raptor PBA pellets ok to shoot in the Daisy 1000. I wasn't sure if they were to light or not.
I also picked up some pellets this weekend that were neat looking, I don't remember the brand but they have what looks like a hollowpoint and it has a sub .177 bbin the end and the hollowpoint is closed up around the small bb, but you can still see about a third of the bb. It might make it open up even at the slower velocity of the pellets. I need some test media, hhhmmm come here Mr. Crow.

I don’t have a Daisy but I do have a Beeman R9 in .177 I believe it depends on how well they seal in your barrel. I won’t shoot anything that is loose at least not more than one shot. Lightweight pellets may be fast but lack the accuracy and knockdown power of a heavier pellet. This has been my experience.

Sorry I know this is not the exact answer you are looking for.
