Can someone please refer me to a sight that has a comprehensive list of pellet manufacturers, which would include information such as weight, design, skirt and head diameters, etc.

Here's a start, I doubt there is a totally comprehensive chart, no way to keep up with all the changes.
You'd just have to search and compile the info yourself.
