Does anyone know who makes a rod guide for a break open gun (TC Encore) in .204 Ruger? I know Sinclair has these guides, but don't list 204 caliber. I've also heard some guys drill out an old casing and use that. Any suggestions? Talk is cheap - except when Congress does it. Personally, I carry a gun because I'm too young to die and too old to take an ass whoopin' NRA Life Member | ||

aktoklat: I think the bore guide your refering to is for bolt actions! I'm looking for a short one for break-open single shots that locks in the chamber using the extractor. Just answered my own question!!! Called Sinclair, and as I suspected, the Encore Rod Guide (RG6222) for the 222, 223 Family works for the .204 Ruger. Talk is cheap - except when Congress does it.
