Tony Boyer has won more Bench Rest matches than the next 10 shooters combined. He says in his book that there are a lot of cleaners out there
but he uses WIPE-OUT. He says it gets copper, powder fouling, and carbon with little or no effort. He goes on to discuss his methods of how and why. You need to get Tony's book "THE BOOK OF RIFLE ACCURACY" it is the definitive book on all aspects of accurate shooting. I thoroughly enjoyed his candor.
For me his word is good enough.
