Every time I read thus quote, Friar, I hold you in greater respect.

I also suspect that this Amish shooter, IF he is found to have fired the shot which killed the girl, will find it even harder to forgive himself.

Amish beliefs are deeply and honestly held. "Thou shalt not kill" has real meaning to them.
