I've used Wipe-out in the past, but it's difficult to get around here. Are the other foaming cleaners roughly the same thing?

WipeOut is a proprietary formula, but there are many foams made by Milfoam marketed as Gunslick, Hoppes, Outers, Forrest to name a few. The least expensive I've seen is the 12oz Gunslick for $13 at Sportsman's Warehouse, WipeOut works the best IMO, but the others work very well too.
