Has anyone either hunted with or had any dealings with a fellow named Jon Bisser, He has a farm about 43 kilometers from the airport at Windhoek.
Due to health problems the fellow I was originally going with has asked him to take me for my hunt. Any information at all would be helpfull, thanks.

I think you mean Jon Visser.

I have hunted with him, and know him well. My neighbor also has hunted with him, and loved it and would hunt with him again in a minute.

If fact we may go there in 07 if dates are open.

write me tblauwkamp@superior-sales.com if I can help more.

You're right it is Jon Visser, must have been a bad connection. Looks like he has a fairly decent operation, and has very fine trophies on his properties, hopefully all should work out well.

First class operation, I hunted with him last summer. Will take delivery on my trophies soon. My friend hunted with him once before our hunt. Great area, try to get him to take you for a mountain zebra at ranch north of Windhoek with Devon. The overall experience was great, not just because it was Africa, but because he and Marie are good people. You will see large amounts of game everywhere you go. It's a great first trip and I would hunt with him again.

Just got back from Namibia late last night, had a great time and a wonderful hunt. Will attempt to post picures in a few days when I get organized again. The Vissers are truely wonderful people and I would love to hunt with them again sometime! Smiler
