I had two delightful characters in camp last season from Australia and although it was a tall order we managed to pull out good trophies of Roan, a couple of great Buff and Sable along with some other desirable Kafue species. Like I said good buggers and it was a pleasure to hunt alongside them.

Glad I had a opportunity to meet them, they did seem like good fellows.

They also had a hell of a nice safari with you.

Andrew must have provided a lot of “aiming lotion”!

I had an Australian friend years ago one could not see without a beer can in his hands!

He used to tell us it was his aiming lotion clap

Yep looked like a perfect safari! Roan, sable buffalo, puku... classic animals of Zambia! Just needed a couple of lechwe thrown in.

On the plains of hesitation lie the bleached bones of ten thousand, who on the dawn of victory lay down their weary heads resting, and there resting, died.

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings - nor lose the common touch...
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!
