Limcroma Bowhunt Trophies Home
Well our trophies made it to the house yesterday before the bad weather hit, another story altogether! Close inspection showed all looked well without any gliches.

Our hunt took place July 7-14, 2008 with Limcroma Safaris, Trophy Pro SA took care of the dip/ship and tanning, Professional Trophy Exports arranged the air freight from Africa and Coppersmith was the import agent. I must say things were well packed and the containers were well built.

The tanning on the zebra and half backskins were excellent quality all bullet/broadhead holes were patched on the tanned skins as well.

Here is the final tally of getting the stuff back....
Dip/Ship & Tanning of zebra rug and backskins (wildebeest and kudu)= $1480
Airfreight JNB-->DFW 2 crates=$680
Coppersmith Fees /Government Inspection Fees =$650
Grand Total $2809
Keep in mind the charges for dip/ship are paid before the projects leave Africa, so it was a little less painful to be spread out.

The next step is getting my taxidermist to squeeze me in between all his other projects!
I'll keep you updated with the mounts.
