This report is going to come to you in two parts - one from me who was responsible for everything on our end and one from the hunters when they get around to writing it up for me to type.

First, I would like to say that Madubula runs a first rate outfit as far as we're concerned and while not overly so, we are picky. John and Lauri (Lesley too) were in constant communication with me during all the planning stages, including changing from a 21 to 28 day safari including a lion hunt. We had really specific needs for this safari because I had some people leaving mid-hunt and others joining at the same time. Lauri handled all the logistics on her end wonderfully and patiently. I had met John, Lauri, and Graham at the Houston convention and that did help alot. John was Park's PH and Graham was his son Paul's PH. Everything from the basic, must do and have info down to what type of Scotch and cigars we wanted were all handled professionally. It really helped having Lauri accessible by email most of the time. Questions for John were always answered quickly, even if he was in the field. They made recommendations that we second-guessed but ended up taking and could not have been happier. They also handled quite a few special requests and my anal attention to detail in planning. We now count them all as friends and would book with them again without hesitation. I will let Park address the issue of hunting areas, animals, etc., but I can tell you that from the smile on his face he was pleased with it all.

As to Air2000, Park was pleased with everything about their service and personnel. I was pleased with Anne who was also patient with my once again anal attention to detail. She even provided me with coordinates so I could track the guys on real-time satellite, which was pretty cool. She was able to get Park into and out of the country with three guns - two guns of the same caliber - with a little letter writing on my part and alot of whatever on hers. She even thought about my twins on the return and sent them souvenirs. Again, Park has commented that if at all possible he will use their company to charter when he is in Africa.

We had this safari one videoed(?) and although I don't know much about Kurt, I can tell you that in my opinion he is a very nice young man (cute too!) and Park liked having him along on the trip.

Basically, everyone who hunted was more than pleased and the person responsible for all of the planning (me) was also pleased.

Anyone who wants info on them can feel free to email me and I'll try to answer questions. Hope this helps.
