Anyone have hunt reports on Wayne Williamson of Zimbabwe.

Wayne is very hard working, friendly, and knows his business. We were in Lemco September 2005 hunting leopard/plainsgame while our friends Mike and Linda were hunting buffalo/plainsgame. Our PH was Terry Fenn and they had Wayne.

He was friendly, knowledgable and loves his job. He is a fun person to be with and he produces excellent trophies.

Wayne was severely mauled by a leopard and his scalp still bears the scars. There was a picture of Wayne in Africa Hunter magazine after the mauling.

I believe in addition to hunting Zimbabwe, Wayne also hunts with Tanzania Game Trackers.

Best of luck, you cannot go wrong hunting with Wayne.

Spent time in a Chirisa Safari camp with Wayne.
Certainly one of the good guys and I would certainly hunt with the chap.

Wayne is a good man and a top leopard specialist. Wasn't his clients leopard that nailed him. A french PH in Mozambique asked for help...always a hazard when you are not working with your own team- you didn't see the shot and have to rely on second hand info on clients shot placement, cat size, charicteristics etc...

I do not do leopard hunts and generally refer my clients to Wayne if they want a leopard.

Wayne Williamson

Is a great PH and a fun guy. He PH'd my two cop buddies in Zim in 05 while I hunted buff and leopard with the awesome Rodie Tourle. Jim & Bill had a great time and Wayne worked his rear off when one of them hit an old buff to far back. After 2 + days of hard tracking he was in the salt.Wayne is a hoot around the sundowner bar.

We had the pleasure of hunting with Wayne Williamson in Lemco 2005. He was a real professional and a lot of fun to be around. We were hunting Buffalo, Sable and other plains game animals . We were very successful and Wayne never stopped working hard for us. You will never regret having him for you PH. If we ever get to return to hunt there we will be contacting Wayne to be our guide.
