Here is a sample of some trophy pics from my hunt. I will compile a report after thanksgiving. Needless to say it was an awesome hunt with Mark Haldane. Hunt semi-sponsored by McMillan rifles, and Craig Boddington was with us after the elusive Nyala. Thanks to Ben for all the hard work tracking forest Buffs! Thanks to Poen for helping the little lady get a .404 round into her first game animal, a nice Buff, which I was happy to finish off with my .416 Wink

Great people, great camp, great location. Herds were unbelievable.

If someone can tell me how to post a PDF I have a hunt report I can post as well.

Nice. You are the one that convinced me I need one. Man that was a tough shot 70 yards through jungle!

Finally I have solved the picture posting delimma, so after my deer hunt I can compile a decent trip report. I have a PDF file of a report from the outfitter, Kelly McMillan and Craig Boddington if I can figure out how to attach.....

Isn't it neat to see their white tails going back and forth when they're alerted....so fast it looks like a white blur.

When did they start crossbreeding Nyala with Kudu?

Yeah that is Boddington and me on the deck at Biera, great guy for sure.

Those suni and duikers were running around like crazy! The place was full of them.....on hyper alert with the tails going 100 mph. Trying to shoot a decent one was tough. Mine was 4 1/2" and the Nyala is tad over 30". I am very pleased with them...

Did any of you catch on the last page of the report that Boddington saw 35 Nyala bulls in one day?

Nice trophies GS, well done! That looks like a beast of a reedbuck. And tell the little lady "great shooting"!

Thanks I will, It really changed her life for sure. She wants to go back so thats agood thing!

I am proud of the reedbuck didn't remember to tape it but everyone seemed to like it. Was glassing a 26" or so waterbuck and this guy showed up. After taking a second buff, I had to start counting pennies.....Wink
