Jeremy, I sent an e-mail to you but for the record again I must express my thanks on you extending information of your hunt in the Kazuma area. It was very helpful.

Oh there is so many things to say but in my life I've come to the conclusion that a hunt is measured in so many things besides the taking of game but when it all comes toghether it is the over the top. My hunt in the Kazuma area turned out to be beyond my expectations with the taking of two beautiful bull elephants. But most importantly I had the privledge to share my hunt with my daughter and met some great people. It was my first hunt orgainized by CMS and it was perfectly handled in what Africa gave us those very short two weeks. My daughter and I had the honor to have as our PH Alan Shearing. I doubt words would ever do him justice on the respect I have for him and the experience he gave us.

As I stated before you set the bar very high in your trophy/hunt adventure and I again thank you for sharing it.

I know hunts really should not be compared but we do it anyway and with that said I wonder if I will ever be able to have a hunt with such great experiences again?

In closing I think you got the big one and you should be very proud of that accomplishment.

Fantastic elephant - it's very hard to shoot one on the first day isn't it! But wow - what a one to shoot!

Nice thing about an early shot though, it gives you a lot of freedom for the rest of your hunt. Your normally would not be able to devote seven days of blind sitting to a hyena, but having the elephant finished makes it OK.
