Really interesting report.

You have large ones, sir.

That is definitely out of my comfort zone.

Well done Mike!! Very glad you survived and enjoyed the experience .Unfortunate about loosing the buff but still a good effort put in to finally see one. Glad to see the Mokore cap still in use!

Superb narrative of a true jungle adventure.

When I grow up I want to be like you Mike.

Sorry that you lost a friend and one of Africa's last adventurers. Cam was one of those characters that walked the walk.

What a treat to read and see about (notwithstanding the terrible loss of your friend Cam). Thanks much for posting MB.

I feel bad, also, for Cam's 'man' in Cameroon - Daniel who was in charge of so much with the visiting hunters ... He would have lost his long time friend and also be out of a really good job ...

I been out of pocket all last month, and only now learned of Cam's passing. Very sad to hear. I hunted with Jdollar on one of Cam's hunts a few years ago. I got sicker than a dog but would go back again. It was a great adventure, just as Cam promised. RIP Cam. Congrats on an awsome hunt.

You can borrow money, but you can't borrow time. Don't wait, go now.

One more remarkable item to add. I returned from Africa the last week of June. My trophies are already in the United States and are cleared.

In less than eight weeks from returning from the Republic of Congo I have my trophies.

A huge thanks to Daniel Sodea for his help with getting these animals cleared and shipped.
