In my opinion, Limpopo Prov is the best for RSA for the parameters you described. Excluding individual farms and only going by generalizations per area, Eastern Cape is known more for put and take (as well as having the fewest truly indiginous animals specific to the area). Freestate can be decent for hunting, but terrain can be a bit uninteresting.
