David HulmeFantastic pictures Will, they make me really homesick, especially the ones of the bait/blind locs...
Anyone popping their head into that bow blind would have thought it a Taliban hideout!
Yes, I spot the lion, but took awhile.
Note how Mr Labat's hands don't rest easy on the ladies' shoulders now that he's a married man...Like the cats he hunts, he has retractable claws...

Love that first shot of you and the lion.
David

MolepololeWill - Thanks so much for the additional photos. Love it! Really love seeing what Sango looks like, and what your set-up looked like, and of course more pics of you shumba. Now I get a much better feel for what your safari was like. Come on, Saeed, Will definitely deserves a fifth star on this report!

larryshoresVery nice. Once again, an incredibly successful safari. Congrats.
I had to laugh at how sleepy Collen looked. I will give him some grief in Argentina in a couple of weeks.

Just noticed this...
Larry, I'm not surprised Collen looked sleepy, he'd probably already heard the story 6 times! Just look at how Thierry is ear bashing the poor guy!

Thanks Will - "lightey" is well.
Some more nice pics of that sod lion!!
You are welcome anytime at Nuanetsi. Hunts are going very well - we are 2 for 2 on the Leopard hunts (first was 7ft 1" & the second 7ft 5") both taken before dark!!! Brilliant considering these cats were generally the 'educated' calf killers of Zim's low veld. Labat would enjoy getting busy with some of the Mr Spots around here!!!

Bama15That little elephant looked like Bama's BIG AL. Great hunt.

ghostbirdThanks for the additional photos Will.
Looks like Chris had a bang-up trip as the "bait-shooter" with some really nice trophies. Boy, the lions really did a number on your Kudu.
Congrats again on the cats !

505 gibbsnot to take away from Will's good fortune, but, is it just the photo angle or is "Chris's waterbuck" an absolute pig?

Very nice. A thirty incher shot right at dark on day one. Managed to crash into the crocodile infested water before he died. Good action, good show.
