DCS MemberWonderful!
However, there must be a story behind the lioness. Please share.
I meant to be DSC Member...bad typing skills.

Big Wonderful WyomingDoug,
Do your zebras have shadow stripes?
I had always thought Zebras in Zimbabwe had shadow stripes.
That guy appears to not.

BushchookGreat pics and I’m sure some great stories as well.
The hunting imperative was part of every man's soul; some denied or suppressed it, others diverted it into less blatantly violent avenues of expression, wielding clubs on the golf course or racquets on the court, substituting a little white ball for the prey of flesh and blood.

Use Enough GunCongrats!!!

There's some monster eland in those pics! Love that last Klipspringer-huge!

By the way, what did the wide Kudu measure, if you know? I shot one very similar to that one in Zim a few years back near Sissyvale. Measured 59 1/2 " by 58 1/4", with about two inches missing from the shorter horn.

Those wide kudu can really carry some inches! I had never seen a 'wide' kudu like that before I shot the one in Zimbabwe. It was shot for Leopard bait, but when we measured it, I gladly paid the trophy fee on it!
