I'm looking at a hunt provided by this outfit. It would be for plains game in South Africa in the month of July. I would be interested in feedback from anyone who has personal experience with this operation.

I have known Jannie a long time, and even had dinner with him in Pretoria, but he did not come to DSC this year.

I have written him and asked for a report.

Went with Jannie in 2000 for a plains game hunt in South Africa. Absolutely wonderful time. Will go again with him in 39 days, leopard for my wife and plains game for me.

He missed the DSC this year because he's working with a medium size chain of sporting goods stores in the upper midwest, selling his hunts in the limited time he was here in January. Clearly still in business, and will deliver what he says.
