We are leaving at 6:20 tonight for Dulles. My first trip to Africa was all that I dreamed it would be. We hunted in the Limpopo region near the Botswana border and in Kwaza-Zulu Natal near Pongola. I ended up taking two Impala, a Gemsbuck, a Blue Wildebeast, Zebra, Warthog, Kudu, and a very nice Nyala. I went with my wife and parents. My father shot all of the above along with a Red Hartebeast. I will have 18 1/2 hours to plan my next trip and think about this one. Thanks everyone for your help, and making my first Safari a successful one.

Retreever, so do I, The Nyala was wounded and not found until the day after we left Zululand. Both my PH and myself thought I made a good shot on my first attempt, and I was told to hit it again where ever I could. The only shot I had on the second was in the behind at the hip. The good news is they found it the next day. They measured it, I was told it was 29". I will see it in a year when it comes back from the taxidermist.
