Pigs and Kudu!!! Sounds like the perfect hunt tu2

Where abouts were you hunting? That topography looks quite familiar as a couple of hours east towards the Kruger from Jo'burg?

Great hunt and pictures. 6 weeks is a long time to spend hunting. Did you shoot any birds or small game?

I'd love to read a full report.

Do you have any pictures of you not smiling? Six weeks well spent.

The first picture is a bait?

Biebs:
My Rugers have NEVER let me down. I have 3 of them. One Express in caliber 30-06 (the one on the pics) and two RSMs in caliber 375H&H and 458 Lott. When it comes to bolt actions, I won’t use any others.

Arild Iversen:
Hehe.. Yes it was six awesome weeks spent with good friends (don’t like the word client) and a few days with my parents who visited me in the bush.
And yes Arild. I haven’t quitted smoking yet… But maybe some day… I will at least try to remember not to smoke on pics.. Hehe

Fallow Buck:
I hunt in the Ladysmith Venue, Natal.
I had the opportunity to hunt a few days for myself and since there were some warthogs and kudus to be culled I just had to hunt some of them. It was just as u say.. Just perfect!

Tracker49:
That Jack Russell is something special… He is diving for rocks…. Throw a stick and nothing happens.. But throw a rock and he will hunt it at all cost.. Even under water…

D. Nelson:
Normally I write a lot about my ”hunts” in SA, but I do it in Norwegian. If I should write it in English I would spend a year writing it, and I guess you wouldn’t be able to understand half of it…. But maybe ill find some time one day, to do some writing in English and post it… Only time will tell…

Nakihunter:
6 weeks isn’t that long for me when I’m hunting.. You should try it… Those 6 weeks was like a flash.. Every day is full of new things to experience, and believe me… 6 weeks in SA hunting isn’t like 6 weeks at home!!

fairgame:
I have ONE picture of me having a huge hangover!! But that’s censored. But belive me! There is NO smile on that picture. Hehe
Yes, it is a bait. I used a zebra and a kudu trying for hyena and leopard. No luck!!

Anders:
No, it’s not the Courtneys I bought from you. They are totally worn out.. They served me well for some years and they brought me many many miles in the bush..

And thank you Aaron Neilson, donner, jens poulsen, shotgun46, kingd, and Fjold for your kind comments..

Ps.
Kingd.. It’s just a pleasure to “rub it in” Big Grin
