Daughter and I left on Father's Day for our first hunt in Africa. We have been planning this hunt since she started hunting at When she was 8, I told her when she was 16 we would go and after speaking with many outfitters and hunters we settled on Omujeve in Namibia. We spent a week with our PH Phillip and tracker Quentin, we had a great hunt. We flew from Dallas to Atlanta, then on to Johannesburg with an overnight stay at the Afton house and then morning flight to Namibia. We had a great dinner at the Afton house and was needed after the long flight to jberg. We were met at airport in Windhoek by our ph. We used Annalise From Areva Travel to book the trip and it all went smooth no issues with guns or ammo. I would highly recommend speaking to Corne Kruger if interested in booking a hunt in Namibia. Phillip did a great job with Kacee and to see the smiles on her face and the excitement of it all made this the trip of a lifetime.

What a superb way to celebrate Father's Day! Kudos to you for making her dream come true and creating memories you both will always carry with you. And well done to the young lady on some fine trophies!

Great trip and trophies. Love spending time hunting with the Krugers at Omujeve. You should post a link to your trip report that you loaded on the Texas forum. Much more descriptive and very interesting views.

Great Hunt BMD. Congrats to your daughter.
I stayed in same room last July when my wife and I took my 12 year old son to Omujeve.

I loved it there and would recommend to anyone.
That spiral fluted barrel gun looks exactly like mine too!
