I am posting this report on behalf of a client JC who wishes to remain anonymous. If anyone wishes to speak to him about his hunt, I can request him to do so. Dates: January 2014 Rifle: 375 H&H Location: Northern Cameroon Booking agent: Myself The focus of the hunt was of course Lord Derby Eland and JC was successful on taking a nice bull, he also took a good roan and some other savannah species including a super harnessed bushbuck and a monster Kob de Buffon. Unfortunately [or fortunately] he twisted his leg very badly in camp and was unable to walk the last few days of his safari. Thankfully the Eland was already in the salt!  Western Kob 20.5"   Giant Eland 48"  Western Roan 27"  Harnessed Bushbuck 13" I will post another report shortly on my hunt in Northern Cameroon. A word of advice for anyone interested in hunting Giant Eland go now before it is too late. I have been saying this for a while now and with CAR mostly closed, Cameroon is the only place left where one can hunt these magnificent animals.
