Has any one hunted with these guys in TZ. They had a booth at SCI chapter show in Belview WA. I talked to a hunter from AK that has hunted with them three times and took some nice buff's. This is a black ouned company and all the PH's are black also.

I have not and do not book for them, but one of my good clients has hunted with them twice and is booked to go back again. He speaks well of him.

Donato, Actually the owners are of Arab Tanzanian decent . The PHs are Black, Arab, White and Mixed blood. All are well qualified! The company is very well managed, all 8 camps are very well maintained with high standards.
The owners stand behind their word. Many of their clients repeat year after year, that has to tell you something. You should check the Hunting Report for reports on them, they are all excellent. I have personally hunted with them twice and will hunt with them again this July 27th thru August 15th. I met one of the partners on Rufiji river when the barge we were on got stuck.He was with one of his White SouthAfrican PH and they were all down to earth kind of guys.They also have good rates on Buffalo.

I know a fellow who was diagnosed with a severely detached retina, just weeks prior to his scheduled departure, on a 21 day safari with Usangu. He received a full refund.

Usangu has the southern part of the Lake Natron concession in Masailand and a piece of Mount Galai in the Natron concession. Arguably this may be the the best area for East African species in Tazania. High rain forest to burning plain in one day. It truly is a magical area. You'll love it.
