Anyone hunted with them and willing to share experience? Nothing turned up using the search function. I have severe PSD and am looking for a short hunt next year for 3-4 animals, and they seem to offer a large variety of animals at a reasonable price.

Appreciate any responses.

Hi Brad / Alias Snake

Mubula pro has an EXCELLANT professional website but they seems to be a bit slack to update their information !!!

I would say that they are good, my brother our ranch owner met Christo Gomes in Zambia recently when he brought some clients to our ranch for cape buff, seems to be a very nice person anyhow in all my internet dealing with him.

If you do contact Christo pass on regards from Peter Bird of Balla-Balla Safaris

Take care

Peter, yes their website is a bit out of date. Christo had emailed me with their current price list, some refernces and is sending me a video as well. While I wait, I was searching out others. I have found 3 reports on huntingreports.com.

What time of year is of interest to you for the hunt, and what are the main species on your proposed wish list !

Peter - Timing anywhere from early May to Sept. Looking for a 7-8 day hunt for the stuff I didn't shoot this year - waterbuck, nyala, reedbuck, bushpig, etc.. A few nights around the laupa, staring at the Southern Cross, Amarula in hand, ..... Dang this PSD!!

I should probably hold off buying something until after the elections here in the states. IF Kerry wins (and I pray he doesn't) my safari account may have to go towards more taxes.

Sounds great.

With a bit of luck I might venture over to Africa myself about May June time possibly !!!

Anytime from May onwards is just fine to hunt in our Limpopo Privince region as generally the rains are over by April, and although the bushveld can still be thick and green hunting is just fine. June July August September are the most popular months for overseas hunters

If you drop me an email somtime after GWB wins the election, I personally truly hope Kerry get butt kicked. I can give you a price offer to put in the pile after the election is over. In any event have good time planning as that is part of the fun.
