Larry, it was and honour and a privilige to share this experience! Good news is that I signed this area yesterday for 5 years with exclusive hunting rights, with the first option of taking it over after this term.

Congrats Larry!

Sounds like an awesome safari. I was there hunting buffalo, croc and hippo August this year. Now thats a real hunt. Jeez its hair raising waiding through the reeds with visibility of up to only 5 yards at some times. Your senses work overdrive, and your addrenalin keeps you from feeling fatigue, until the day is called to a halt that is, damn then its a walk and a half to the pick up point. Hope I can be in your physical condiion at 67 yrs- well done man. Was Johan Smith guiding you aswell? He guided us, great guy! And Tosha is unbelievable, with out him, it would be just about impossible! Did you see much other game besides the abundant croc, hippo and elusive buffalo that appear as quickly as they dissappear? Johan actually gave me a call this morn and has 4 buffalo still on Quota for the year at this, his brother's concession that he needs to get booked up, he's gonna give me pricing tommorrow, so if all goes well, might finally take my crack at a first dagga boy! Did you guys use that blue, 8 wheel argo aquavehicle, perfect for the swamps.

Cheers

Murray

Murray,

Since September 2011 our Infinito Safaris booked the exclusive use of this hunting area with the idea of entering into a long standing lease with Albert Smith, the owner of the area.

Johan that guided you is not a qualified Professional hunter nor is he a registered Outfitter in Mozambique or South Africa. He does indeed know the area very well, but that is the only credit he will get from me.

I personaly guided Larry and also 2 other hunts with Russian clients from 21 September to 31 October.

We have entered into an agreement with Albert on Friday last week that our company will have the exclusive use of this area from this November onwards for the next 5 years, and Johan will have nothing to do with us our our company.

I cannot speak for the Buffalo that has been offered to you, but it does not sound legit after what we agreed on on Friday last week.

I will pass this information on to Albert to hear what he says.

Regards,
