.

Again congratulations to you and your son and Buzz, Alan and their teams! I love the "stuffed" leopard picture 2 - he certainly had a feed! And Eddie going for a swim for the hippo must have been fun! Looks like an awesome time had by all. Thanks for posting!

Congratulations on a great hunt and some impressive animals. My fist African hunt was in Nyakasanga for buffalo in 2011 with Peter Bernard. I love the campsite right on the banks of the Zambezi. Thanks for posting about your hunt and bringing back some great memories.

Absolutely Superb!

I dreamt of Africa and the Zambezi Valley. and that dream ended up with me hunting Nyakasanga with Buzz for a Dugga boy. Everything I hoped to experience and more. Your hunt, what memories! I hope to bring my two sons with me in the future when they get old enough to appreciate something like this.

VPEXP,

Proper safari Sir. Both cats in daylight is the way to do it if you can. The cats have to be the focus but you have more time and a more pleasant experience in daylight than a night hunt. Well done all round!

Great hunt. Congrats to you and your son.

Already I was beginning to fall into the African way of thinking: That if
you properly respect what you are after, and shoot it cleanly and on
the animal's terrain, if you imprison in your mind all the wonder of the
day from sky to smell to breeze to flowers—then you have not merely
killed an animal. You have lent immortality to a beast you have killed
because you loved him and wanted him forever so that you could always
recapture the day - Robert Ruark
