I thought about your expression Terry as my legs were bleeding out. This is the result of five days of chasing M'Bogo through the hills and valleys of Dande North. Editorial comments on the legs not required nor requested pls. Smiler jorge

Those legs look a whole lot like the ones that try to hold me up! I still proudly carry the scars of my hunt!

Of course, Claude Kleynhans my PH hunted in gym shorts and flip-flops. Never had a mark on him! LOL!

jorge!

Been there, done that and even worse damage. After around a total of 7 safaris I now have learned to avoid most damage to my legs. Keep at it and with 75 or more days on safari you will also learn to avoid the bundu vines.

Jorge,

I don't know if I was just lucky, but this season, I only got one really good scratch on my legs.

Regards,

Terry

Nothing like a good pair of trousers to avoid being injured if you are not used to walk through thorn bush...... Big Grin

Way to go Lorenzo!
On my next Safari, I'll wear long britches to prevent scratches to my legs! I wish I'd thought of that before, thanks buddy. Big Grin

When considering US based operations of guides/outfitters, check and see if they are NRA members. If not, why support someone who doesn't support us? Consider spending your money elsewhere.

NEVER, EVER book a hunt with BLAIR WORLDWIDE HUNTING or JEFF BLAIR.

I have come to understand that in hunting, the goal is not the goal but the process.

Hey, M'Bogo's on my wall as I write this. Well a shoulder mount, but I also have his "gunny sack" to hold a beer or my dice to play Klondike with! Smiler jorge ( see my post in the trophy rooms thread)
