Just got my AR-50 yesterday. Can't wait to shoot it, but I need a scope, rings, and ammo. Does anyone have any sugestions. Thanks Dr B | ||

Swarovski makes a great scope with a BDC for the .50 bmg.Myself I have a Leupold mark 4 16x with Leupold rings.Just be sure to get a scope with enough elevation for the long range capabilites. You'll want to start reloading... and join the FCSA (50 Cal Shooters Association). As for the ammo... I bought a bunch of reman'd surplus from Cabelas. it's great for "Getting on the paper" and letting people at the range shoot. You don't even loose that much by letting them keep the brass... My scope is a SA Illuminated Mildot, 9 x 24 x 54 with a 30 MM tube (I think) You're going to have fun with it. | |||
