I just saw a new cartridge and the headstamp is 408 CHEV TEC JAMINSON,it looks like a shorter version of the 50 cal. thanks

Not a new cartridge. That's a 408 Chey-Tac (Cheyenne Tactical). Google it and you'll find out all about it.
