Which 50 BMG Rounds?

I'm not setup to reload yet and i would like to buy some loaded amo to get started. I'm not sure what to buy. Gunbroker has sone listed as "50 BMG USGI API APIT ammo", and " NEW 50 BMG M33 Ball Ammo". Are these rounds safe and accurate for my AR-50? Does any one have any recommendations.
