Great job Mike. The 308s chamber came out a perfict fit for the dies. Both came out beautiful and both chambers look great. Slick idea with the extractor spring and it works great.
If everything goes right i'll post some test targets here next week.

Mike is in the process of making me a 6.5/.225 Win. Improved (I think thats what we are calling it) [Smile] , 21", SS

I can't hardly wait for it to get here. Necked up 50 pieces of brass and got them all loaded up with fireforming loads last week. Hopefully it gets here soon!!!!

Which is which though?

Thanks Billy.
The carbine is a 223imp and is a 1" step up barrel that is 20" long. The barrel blank was 50 bucks from Les Bauska and all done up by my good friend Mike Sirois. I shot a .750 six shot group at 100yds with some fire forming loads the only time I had it out. I'll post more as soon as I get to the range with it with the proper sized cases I have loaded and ready to go.

Jules, can you give me some more info on where you got the blank? That seems like a deal with the results you are getting. Billy

I'm assuming Contender here so if that is wrong disregard the following!
So what dies are you going to use with the 338X444?

A set from the out fit with 3 letters in OH?
