Well,I did some more testing or should I say.....compairing the .300mag 16.5" pistol aginst my Brothers 24" .300mag rifleI took a box of Remington 180gr Core-lock's and let him shoot 5 rounds over the chrono.My Brothers .300mag rifle went over the scren at 2990fps.My .300mag 16.5" pistol you all know from the last test it was 2720fps. That's only 270fps from his rifle!!!!!!!!

T/C Nut looks like about 31 fps per inch of barrel to me. 270 / 8.5 = 31.76 Rich
