Steve,
http://www.boydboys.com/
I bought 2 stocks from these guys...1 in gray and 1 in brown lamanite. There nothing fancy but they work fine. And there about 65 bucks after there 25% discount. They have the matching forend if you have the longer screw spacing but if you have the short super 14 screw spacing all they have is the little dinky one like TCs factory. You would be better off with a custom forend. The lamanites are easy to match. VVCG made one of each for me and they match perfict. I did have a little trouble with Boyds last order on a grip. Took about 3 months to get it right but I had no trouble with the stocks. My friend in my post..[contender wood] will make a forend for you to match also, but he's not doing buttstocks at this time.

Rich,
Thanks, but I am now a MAN. I can tell this because the scales scream in pain when I come near them. :-)

Jules,
I'm looking now at Boyds - I may get in touch with you on the forend. It is for a carbine, but I'm not sure of the measurements.

THANKS to both of you!

The boyd's stocks are the same shape and size as the T/C stocks, Kinda small, I have a nutmeg laminate set for my carbines. Good advice from Jules get a different forend, I still have the Boyd's forend but need to make a change, and plan on getting a good size recoil pad, the lop is darn short on these stocks.
