Shot some 150gr XLC BT's today went over the chrono at 2835 fps and grouped right at 1" at 100 yards.I'm having fun with this barrel.Thanks guys for helping me.

Glad to hear it!! I always new that the 300 Win Mag in a handgun would be cool!! Now if i could only get past buyin an Encore. I am afraid of number of barrels that i "would need" for it, LOL!

Nut try the 130 XLCs also...my 15" .308 tube loves em...and my 24" 300WSM shoots the 140 XBTs that I have moly coated very well too. These little 30 cal barnes pills are some serious deer medicine. If I was to work up an Elk load I think I would try the 150 Triple shock.
If you shoot that thing early in the morning or late in the eve how long are you blinded by the muzzle flash???
