I would like to purchase the new TC handgun (if it ever gets here) but I don't know much about handgun hunting(ballistics). I would use it mostly for culling, therefore mostly head shots, so bullet energy is not a great concern.
What is a very flat and accurate caliber in the TC let say with a 14inch barrel?
6PPC? .243? Is the 14" the best choice?

I would also like a .22lr for plinking etc. What sort of accuratcu should I expect form both setups?

If you are talking about the new Contender G2 I think you are going to be dissappointed as far as the calibers that you mentioned. As far as I know the new contender will only be offered in the types of calibers that it was before. ie. .223 family, 30-30 family, and the other low pressure rounds. So no 6 PPC or .243 Win. If one of those chamberings interests you buy the Encore. Sean
