I finally made it to another SF Hog shoot and NOT another pistol shooter was there!! Not that it made a difference. I lighten my load a little and did not have any 500 yd clicks for the lowered velocity. Did manage another good 100yd scope (49 and last match I attended I shot a 50) and three hundred was a 31. Shot a beautiful group at the top the white. Added a few too many clicks. At 500 I took a guess and managed two on the paper but none for score.

I can easily hang with the sporter rifles to 300yds. Once I get clicked in for 500 I should give them a good run if I can make it to another shoot.

So, where was everyone???

I spent the day reading biblical Text scholar Dr. Theodore P. Letis work on the preservation of the ecclesiastical text through the work of Desiderius Erasmus, Dutch Humanist and Theologian (1466 - 1536) , and intermittantly I was also enjoying a good Italian roast coffee, and throughout the day I kept wondering when my S&W 625 45Colt mountain gun is going to get here so that I may try out Cor-Bon's 45Colt +P 335grn hard cast flat point ammo in it [Smile]

Hey, you asked.....
