Could they be hunting or closed for a short vacation? I've tried since Friday without success to call & e-mail them. I've left messages, and today, I tried every extension (left no messages though) and only got the answering machines. In all my past dealings, they have been VERY prompt in answering, whether it be e-mail or phone messages.

Guess hunting season could be in full swing over there...or is then when the VVCG hHangdgun hunt in Africa is going on?

Last I talked to Dave was last week. I'm sure there still around. The guy that bid on all that wood will be looking to get it i'm sure. Not sure when there hunt goes on. I've tried to get ahold of Dave for the last couple of days with no luck.

Sorry about the loss of phone contact. I have been swamped in the shop and have not been able to finish my office work. I have not even been able to get to my e-mail as of the lasty two days.
To make matters worse I will be leaving tomorrow morning and will be out of town until Sunday night. I think next week will calm down a bit and return to normal.

Bobby-Your forend is on its way and should be delivered any day. I had an incompleate address on it and it was sent back to me. I guess I was in a hurray at the time.

Heck Bobby looking forward to my 4 th forend and barrel. I may not have many yet but they are all quality barrels from VV.

Isn't it nice to know that there is still a custom shop that treats there customers decent? All of my dealings have been with Steve. Very nice person to deal with. I have 2 V V barrels and probably will own more. They will also be from V V.
