Wow,
Doesn't sound normal for TC, they are usually very good about repairs within their policies. My biggest complaint besides them messing with triggers, is that when something is broken and they fix it, they can't tell you what was broken?

Good day
I had to send them my complete Contender a year or so ago and had it back within a week and a half .I had to drive it south of the border and go pick it up there myself but from when it was shiped from the gunshop to when it was recieved was about a week and a half. I thought that was GREAT service.

I just recieved excellent service from T/C. I shipped them a contender frame and they replaced all internals and got it back to me in about a week! No cost!

I'm sure they will be taking care of you soon!

I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. I have recently sent 4 bbls back to them for various problems ranging from poor accuracy (3" groups @100 yds) to one with a waaay oversize bore. Communication was poor from them, taking over 3 months to respond on the first two sent in. They would not even talk about honoring the warranty on one of them (a 357 mag bbl that shoots 5" groups @ 50 yds) said that was within the expected accuracy for that caliber. The other, a custom shop 223 bbl they acknowledged had big problems but did not want to warranty because it was a custom shop bbl and I was not shown in their records as being the original purchaser. When I objected they finally offered me a USED super 16 bbl in the same caliber in exchange that the spokesman said "shoots pretty good for us." Finally after 4 phone calls on my nickel they agreed to replace the bbl with an identical one but I have yet to see it 5 or so weeks later and over 5 months total. We will see. The other 2 they returned with factory ammo box lids stating that they were fine and the bore was within specs. No more factory bbls for me!
