ebay yanked one of my auctions that had bullets on it!! They called it ammo, REALLY pissed me off!! I sent them 4 nasty grams including one that had 12 links to other bullets and telling them to reinstate my auction immediatly. Think they have yet? NO!

Gents, Last year I won an auction on ebay that was for an Enfield stock,,,,that just happened to have a Remington action not mentioned in the title line. That action and stock shortly became a 416 Rem Mag. Sometimes you win, sometimes you don't. I really feel ebay has a bunch of dolts working to find MSSMagnums auction for bullets and consider them ammo and miss a Contender frame as well as my Enfield. My biggest bitch is the sellers not posting positive feedback for positive results. I only send money using postal money orders nowadays and apparently the wait for snail mail instead of paypal's instant gratification negates the neccessity to post positive feedback on the sellers part. Just my two cents. 45nut

Years ago I sold a magazine for a friend of mine. It was a an 8 round magazine, if I recall correct. I had a huge close up photo showing the cartride counter holes, numberd 1-8. I also stated it wasn't a high cap magazine. Ebay pulled it telling me that wasn't good enough. Saying it wasn't a high cap mag, and a photo showing it wasn't a high cap mag wasn't good enough. I had to say "This magazine holds (less than) ten round." When I reposted it I told the whole long story and gave a pistol magazine version of the Monty Python Holy Hand Grenade "count to three" thing. "Eight rounds, being less than ten and no more than eight.."
Then again like so many other people, not too long ago I sold a whole slew of 32 round mags, saying "These magazines hold ten rounds", which of course they did. After i sold the last of my 15 mags, Ebay email'd and said.. "That's not good enough. Youy can't just say it holds ten rounds." Though they never had a problem with it before that. I think they turn a blind eye to the one time type seller, but if you make a habit of it they complain.

I have used E-bay to buy and sell a number of things. But I must say that "those in charge" are spineless and generally clueless. I once bid on an item and was the high bidder. The auction did not have a reserve. The auction ended with me as the winner, but the guy did not want to sell it because he didn't get what he wanted (he set no reserve, remember). E-bay allowed him to cancel my bid. When I inquired, e-bay said this is OK because "a seller can cancel the bid of a problem bidder at any time." So if you win an auction, I guess you are a "problem bidder" in the eyes of e-bay.
I've also had an auction for a barrel "disappear" for no reason and with no explanation. This was a Rem 700 take-off barrel and was clearly stated in the text. And the photo showed only a barrel...

My auction has YET to be reinstated and you can bet your "backside" that i am gonna complain! IT irritates me that the morons that they have watching this stuff are not intelligent enough to distinguish the difference between bullets and ammunition! The last nastygram i sent included links to similar auctions..... I will probably get thrown off ebay, LOL!

Oh Hell, when I started on Ebay I went by KTS AMMO, I think they have a program that searches for key words and pulls them out for review, I don't know. I had several listings pulled. Good Luck Wes
