A friend of mine has come across an XP-100 in 221 FB, and since I don't know much about 'em, thought I'd pick your brains. Guy selling's in dire straits financially and is selling for "around" $200. Ser# is 4-digit, but I don't know if that's old or what. Bolt stop doesn't work. He said bore was "dirty". Has some kind of scope on it. As you can see, I don't have a lot to go on. I haven't seen it. He said gun looked good overall. Would you buy this? And also, is rebarreling these pretty straightforward, like doing a 700, 721, etc.? Thanks for the help.

I'll give you $250 and return everything but the bolt and receiver.
