I'll look about but I know that some use the starting data for the 6mm TCU. I have seen data, but it was NOT extensive. Again, I'll look and try to post it here (if somebody doesn't beat me to it) this evening or tomorrow (I'm at work right now). [Wink]

Due a search for 257TCU- I've listed some loads. Keep in mind that my guns are T/C custom shop barrels and have a very long throats. MSSMagnum's forum (Hobie has a short cut listed) also has load data.

7-30, The "Hodgdon Data Manual #26" has rifle data for the 257 Kimber; it uses a 25 cal bullet in an improved 222 Rem Mag case. You'd probably need to back down some for the 257 TCU. Not sure what bullet wts you intend to use or what powders you have available, so I'll give data for the 75 gr bullet using Hodgdon powders. This is from a 22" barrel. It also has loads w/ 87, 100, and 117 gr bullets; other powders include IMR 3031, IMR 4198, and W/W 748.

Powder/Starting gr/Vel; Powder/Max gr/Vel
H335/28.0 gr/2769 fps; H335/31.5 gr/3198 fps
H4895/28.0 gr/2756 fps; H4895/31.5 gr/3192 fps
H322/27.0 gr/2808 fps; H322/30.0 gr/3198 fps

Let me know if you need additional data. [Razz] Gary T.

Hello there:

I have quite a bit of info on the 25 TCU. Matter of fact, it's a favorite and extremely accurate. It will shoot one hole groups all day long if you are up to it.

I have my info posted on Excel SpreadSheet, so if you can use it, holler at me, and give my your email address, and I'll zap it out to you.

I shoot a custom Fox-Ridge 14" barrel in my Contender. I had been in love with the 25 CopperHead by John Wooters for years, and then, I decided to go with the 223 case, instead of the 222 Case. Accuracy and power is awesome for this little one. Kills anything here in Louisiana for sure.

If I can help you with the info, yell at me. I use huge amounts of AA-2200 powder, as I bought up a bunch at 40-50 bucks a container back when it was available. But, it will shoot anything you feed it, doesn't matter.
