I just got my first XP-100 pistol. It's a custom 284 by SSK with a 2-7 Burris and a TSOB mount. It has the HS Precision center grip stock, and after shooting an antelope with it, I am convinced I want another one or two!

Who builds custom XP-100s that has a website?

I like the looks of the thumbhole laminate stocks, where do I get one?

How are the HS Precision pistols, the price is similar to what a custom XP would cost?

I have a number of XP's a H-S on the way.
Even enjoy shooting them at long range.
Greg Tannel Gre-Tan rifles http://www.gtrtooling.com if I remember right
Chunk Youngblood is another good smith, Kirby Allen and David White have all built XP's for me and each of them will do .25 MOA or better @ 100 yards and will print three shot groups under 3 inches @ 500 yards. Even had one 1.5 inch group @ 600 yards.
There is a large group of XP nuts and H-S nuts over at http://specialtypistols.infopop.cc/6/ubb.x?a=cfrm&s=9066056864
My user name is the same there too.
I have 3 H-S stocks and I really like them.

Alan, who made the laminate stock? I know Rutland is a laminated wood mfg company that supplies most of the makers of laminated stocks.

found the site... really neat looking dual wood 3 piece laminate rifle stock on the opening page. I have a piece of purple/black laminate that I am working on for a rear grip wichita.
