Well, looks like ole Greybeard done pitched hisself a hissy fit, and banned all TC frames and handguns sales on his website. They just wouldn't play nice like he wanted, and he took his ball and went home!

The funny thing is, about the only reason folks went to his sight is as another outlet for fellow contender/encore fans. I haven't been there in years as the water was too brackish for me. Seems like this move will pretty well drain his already small pond

I was actually kicked off Greybeards some time back. A poster on another forum alerted me that he had done this.
I don't understand why the people on that forum put up with the bullying, and allowing themselves to be talked down to by him.
He has a serious problem!

Aye, he probably realized that everyone else was taking their balls and going home too, and that his classifieds are a main reason anybody bothers with his sight at all. Have him kill his classifieds, and his site will slowly bleed to death.

He does this a few times a year, this time with the classifieds, next time with those who speak of Mike Bellm, after that it will be those who shoot at deer at over 100 yards with pistol calibers, who knows? It is the sad pattern of the insecure control freak.

Through a friend of mine who works for one of the site's advertisers, I found out that particular sponsor/advertiser is planning to pull the plug on the contract when it expires as the company's owner is not happy with the "pond." And that will probably prompt another tirade from ol' GB himself...

Maybe this time, he's going to ban anyone who chooses to correctly spell out "I don't know" instead of using GB's own highly-educated (and perhaps even patented?!?!?) version: "I dunno."

My name is not "small fish" because of...well never mind that. That guy "greybeard" is the biggest assh0le to hit the talk forum community EVER.He does make a fool out of himself at every turn. I can't see how he is still in operation. I'm so glad that he let randy wakeman (notice no caps) moderate his blackpowder forum for as long as he did. It makes me wonder what the hell is going on in his little meager brain.

I never had a problem with the man himself. But his constant rule changing got to me a few years ago. and havn't been back since.
