I was at the local gunshop and spied a set of Pacific Reloading 7BR dies for $15, they look new in box. I have an allergy to 7mm's for some reason, but figured one of the folks here might be interested. Great Northern Guns (907) 563-3006. It was on their sale table. Not sure if they ship outside, but might be worth a try. I know how much wildcat die$ can be.

Turns out another shop in town had 7br loaded ammo on sale, so I picked up the dies and ammo. Guess I gotta get something to use them through one of these days.

Paul, the 7mm BR is not a wildcat. Or maybe it is again? I have bought (and loaded up on) Remington factory brass from Midway as recently as a few months ago. Also, dies are from RCBS at non-custom prices. A great little round and that factory 140 gr stuff shoots as accurately as handloads in my XP.

PaulH, If you can find yourself an xp-100 in 7mmBR, top it with a holosight with the standard reticle, you will have one fun, accurate gun! I had an original with the 14.5 inch barrel and still have a custom one with a Hart match barrel and Macmillan stock. Both will shoot under an inch at 100 yards with the holosights! The 7BR cartridge would make the ultimate eastern whitetail cartridge if you would build one on an xp or model 7 action with an ultralite stock! Accurate and deadly with 120VMax's or 120 BT! Actually I haven't found a bullet that mine wouldn't shoot from 100-140 grains. GHD
