Bradbury's Gun and Tackle, where I do Encore trigger jobs, is putting together prices on Encores with my trigger job already done as part of the package.

If you want to buy an Encore and save the hassle of having to pull it down and ship it to Bradbury's for the trigger job, just buy it from them with the trigger job done by me already.

Prices may or may not be competitive with what you pay locally, but if you put a pencil to what it costs in time and money shipping a frame separately, you may find it advantageous to do a "one stop shopping" at Bradbury's with the trigger job done. It will certainly be more convenient.

You will of course have to have your local dealer send his FFL copy to Bradbury's, and when the gun arrives at your dealer's do whatever the ordinances in effect in your area happen to be.

Be sure to not ask for something you cannot take receipt of, like handgun frames in Kalifornia, I understand. But check to verify that you can for example buy a complete 209x50 rifle or other Encore complete rifles. If it gets to your dealer and you cannot take receipt of it, it is your problem.
